(No, I don’t mean ethnic minority!)
How can US electorate swing so wildly between 2008 and 2010? Like the Brits said when The Bush was reelected in 2004, how could so many Americans be so stupid? Could US be blind to the Republican’s public campaign to block everything proposed by Democrats, then blame the Democrats? Could that be too complex for Stupid US to comprehend?
American politics has been long dominated by minority voting. Small numbers of people converge on issues, overlay a balance of randomly brainwashed people, and can determine the outcome. Those unaffiliated people, in many cases. Can’t make up their lifelong belief system, so they are much more easily influenced.
